❀THE HONEST TRUTH ABOUT BECOMING VEGAN… ❀

I set myself another challenge this year: to be gluten-free and vegan!! It’s been almost 2 months since I transitioned to a plant based diet. But it hasn’t been plain sailing! Here’s some honest truths (some gross) about becoming vegan!

*Ofc this is just my experience and perhaps other people will experience other symptoms. I just wanted to be honest because although I’ve seen some wonderful benefits from turning to a plant based diet, there have been some significant changes in my body and mood that I just couldn’t overlook. Take into consideration I’ve been a meat eater all my life and cutting it out completely is quite a drastic change! I may adjust my diet in the future if I continue to notice further issues*

  1. About muscle gain/retaining and your period, are you possibly burning more calories than you are consuming? just something to consider and you should watch applesandamandas & Bonnyrebecca. I think their videos could definitely help:)
