  1. Hi there! This was my first time watching your video and I loved it❤️ I have a question for you…. which blender did you use to blend the onion and tomato for the vegetable soup?

  2. Man, you have 1 protein dish. You should be aiming at least for 2 servings per day. It's high carb though…not sure how this will help you build muscle, tone up.

  3. Great ingredients but why so many plastic bags??? So many of ur veggies didn't need to be put into bags it's so sad to see influencers not promoting reusable and sustainable ways of living 😩 I always say no to plastic bags at shopping centres and I'm only 17, older ppl should know better than me and yet I see soooo many people taking what they see as the convenient and easy way out. Look after Mother Nature and look after ourselves! Our world is literally drowning in one-use plastic please please please stop this 💘💘💘

  4. A tip for avocado halfs left over or for Gaucamole (if there will be some left over), if you do not throw out the pit and leave it in the avocado halfs or put the pits in your guacamole, the avocado/guacamole will not darken nor go bad for a slightly longer time.

    How long do the oatmeal jars store for in the fridge ? 🙂 or should i freeze like two of em (is that possible as well, if breadfast taste happens to change)?

  6. I noticed your cut potatoes have oxidized (browned). In order to prevent this, fully submerge them in a bowl of cold water until you're ready to use them.
