  1. I did that last 2016 and lost 6kgs in 10daysess carb eating helps too.. From 63 to 48kgs.. Now im just maintaining my 50kgs.. I do that only now when i am from too much eating from occassions..lol you can add parsely.. And cucumber it will never make you feel hungry the whole day.. Promise!

  3. Two things! I normally put the ginger lemons and water in the blender and let it sit over night. I also do not use plastic bottle water. I use distilled water. After sitting overnight then I strain the water that sits in a glass jar not plastic and drink the ginger and lemon water. Nice video anyways

  4. This really works my rental office manager did this and lost a lot of weight I see her every year she lost a huge belly and all over body weight. I'm impressed so much I came here to see how to make it myself. She said she used a little bit of splenda for taste–i'll try organic honey!!! 👍to the Chef!

  5. This stuff is amazing when added to green tea with senna leaf. I drank 1/2 cup each morning and evening for 4 days and lost 3 1/2 pounds! It helps you release water retention and restores regularity. I had been exercising and restricting calories with no results until I started drinking lemon and ginger water!
