  1. all these fools on these videos are getting pharmaceutical help, dont be naive to think his body is natural, all these diets and work outs that movie stars do that claim to have you looking like the hulk in 6 months is total crap its all steroids.

Drink 7liters of water per day jog for 30min 3times aday eat 3 meals with max 550cals try eat or take in not alot of sugar but have ur snavk here and there apples speed metabolism eat an apple after each meal and u will graduly lose weight like 1- 2 pounds every week please try it worked for me and by the way watch carb intake /dairy

  3. Il tell myself everyday that I’m Lionel Messi, then reality kicks in. Telling yourself your something that your not is living in denial and setting you up for failure in the long term what a load of bullshit this guy speaks

  4. Use this as a target which is losing 1% body fat per week… so if you follow all the rules regarding nutrition and body building workout routines and are at 22 % body fat to start with as an example…expect to spend at least 6 months to get under 8% body fat.
