  1. Your my inspiration, now I’m inspiring myself. I lost 6 pounds in 6 weeks, slow weights loss, I feel great, I’m consistent, it’s sustainable… I did have chips and curry yesterday, it was yum! Today I’m going for a run in the woods and doing some muscle toning in my living room 🙌🏻🥰Self Love 💗 🏃‍♀️

  3. you are always so helpful in my journey. im losing weight slowly and working out. everytime i start to panic and feel like i need to start crash dieting i watch one of your videos like this. it reminds me that this isnt a diet. its a lifestyle and that its healthier to lose weight this way. dont want none of that lose skin also. thanks so much for your videos.

  4. So I have watched this Video really late, but, I became Vegan in March of 2018. I was and still am overweight, but I was able to take off almost 50 lbs and went from a size 22 to a 16. I am very happy with the weight loss and I became Vegan by accident not for my health. The 1 problem I am having is my stomach grrrrr. Any ideas of what I can do to target that part of my body?

  5. I saw this video about a month ago and saved it and I'm glad I did. I started doing Dr. McDougall's Starch Solution and was getting very discouraged. They make it sound like you should really limit avocados, nuts and seeds if you want to lose weight. I have been doing that for a week, have not lost any weight and I'm VERY GRUMPY! Everyone on his Facebook page has such a long list of things you shouldn't eat or drink. I don't even enjoy eating anymore because it all taste so blah to me. (I have bought every non-salt spice known to man). I found an oil free cheez sauce that I loved – I hate starchy veggies that are dry – but saw that it was probably because it had 1/2 cup of cashews in it so I stopped using it. I thank you for this video, it has helped me a lot.

  6. Tried cardio and weight training, felt miserable all the time. Switched to yoga and it changed me. I love the fact yoga encourages me to take it easy and not push when I can't do it. But i also know it's not for everyone so we should all try and find thw right exercise for us and not give up
