  1. Some of you have noticed my dyslexic mistake. In my clarification I say a range of 90-97% of fat was from carbs, no it was indeed 90-97% of fat from FAT. I was just trying to be transparent about the range observed ok different women. Too bad Youtube no longer allows notes on videos. This topic is really interesting and I suggest this extended reading: http://m.ajcn.nutrition.org/content/74/6/707.full 📖 📖 📖

  2. Dr Z-Dog has an underlying confidence issue about being a doctor. It would seem that the intent behind his search to falsify any great discovery or research is fueled by his need to self assert himself through the knowledge he aquired as a doctor so that he may stand out. Dr Z-Dog, you became a doctor because of low confidence. And when that confidence issue wasnt resolved through becoming a doctor, you set out to prove that it must have. Because you put so much faith in it. Well, it doesnt work like that im afraid. You have to face the underlying issue so that you can free yourself from making decisions like this ever again. Trust me. I know how the brain works 😉

  3. If you watch the documetary, you know how little knowledge and little training A Doctor HAS if any in nutrition, why trust him? The show What the Health is a life changing truth. Dont drink the cool aid this fool is saying. He wants you sick, animals suffering, and earth destruction to keep happening.

  4. Oh wow, what is wrong with those both camps… the doctor had some valid facts and some idiotic ones… the same goes for Mic the Vegan… Everyones body goes into ketosis every day, when it's time to burn fat… that happens if insulin is at it's lowest and your not eating. BTW – I am vegan

  5. Refined ‘table’ Sugar consists of two parts, one part sucrose and one part glucose. The glucose is used as energy, but the sucrose is processed by the liver and releases a large amount of insulin into the bloodstream. This insulin dump triggers a few different hormone reactions. The problem is that the sucrose blocks a key hormone called LEPTIN. LEPTIN tells the brain the stomach is full (therefor subjects have been shown to eat more) SUCROSE LITERALLY STARVES YOUR BRAIN. Whole Fats and carbohydrates do not disrupt normal hormone function. Table sugar DOES. But like the doctor said, there is not ONE end all-be all diet. It lays in large part on your genetics. BEING VEGAN IS A STEP IN A GOOD DIRECTION, BUT cutting processed and refined sugar is optimal. The data on this shows obesity following the same trajectory as sugar. As sugar rose in the American diet, so did obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. Obviously eating way too much fat can cause you to be unhealthy, but you should balance your diet and stop pretending that the future will be vegan.

  6. I just watched the documentary what the health and I'm surprised by all the people that just ignore the facts. I was not vegan before watching a documentary now I'm on a path towards veganism.

  7. Dude. Before that documentary i had NO IDEA that chicken or fish were so bad for you… i had no idea that my family history of heart disease could be enhanced by animal proteins. I am so grateful for what the health. Whether it be exaggerated or not, i will continue to be vegan. No doctor should be trying to prove that a plant based diet wont help them.

  8. There will always be idiots and stupid and low minded people who just want to argue for a well known belief just because they don't want to let go of it .They don't want to change their life ,let them eat to death .Let them suffer and die because they are doing this to themselves .IDIOTS .
    GO VEGAN .

  9. The Darth Vader mask begins him seems really fitting. Also, he looks pretty unhealthy, which could just be coincidental but also seems pretty fitting as he sits there eating jerky and dismissing science.

  10. After 1 minute 24 seconds and so on up to11 minutes 37 second the person in your video makes "fun" of a serious matter. For this reason, I do not buy your presentation. So thumbs down. You just make people more unsure. I go for Eric Berg he is more serious in this matter.

  11. Stop bekng ignorent guys. If you really believe this i dare you to try a high carb low fat diet and low carb high fat diet. I will garentee you that carbs is the stuff that makes you fat. It's basic human biology.

  12. The only thing I understood from this stupid documentary is that the vegans don't understand what charity and donations are… and mind-blowingly believe that the health organizations are simply paid off by meat industries to keep us unhealthy. And that's the ENTIRE moral of the documentary. The guy phones the help desks and can't understand why they can't answer his stupid questions and just chalks it off as "another company that just refuses to talk". I don't go to a store's customer service center and demand to know why a product is made a certain way and then immediately jump to conclusions that clearly they must be hiding something cynical.

Ironically, the ONE doctor who made the most practical sense by saying any diet works as long as you stick to it just couldn't resonate in his head. How could you simply NOT understand what the doctor was trying to say? And It was obvious that doctor immediately realized he's talking to a vegan hell bent on only hearing answers he wants to hear.

    An egg a day= 5 cigarettes. Give me a fucking break…

  13. I find it hard to listen to people that are aggressively biased to one school of thought. As Nietzsche stated; Convictions are more dangerous enemies of truth than lies. I can't take either party seriously.
