My family is going vegan! We didn’t announce this till we were absolutely sure that we would be committed. After seeing the documentary ‘What the Health’ on Netflix and also another documentary on how a plant based diet cured type 2 diabetes. We decided that the benefits of eating vegan outweighed the cons.
It really isn’t that bad. The food tastes great and there are lots of options. You don’t even have to prep meals in advance if you don’t want. There are lots of vegan recipes.
Hopefully my journey will inspire you to make the plunge if you have been hesitant.
