  2. Push ups definitely work. I've been doing them for 2 weeks and I don't think my chest has looked this strong. I really want to thank you for the sven press exercise. I'll definitely try that one since it looks to be super effective. I'm not trying to gain more muscle, just trying to get rid of the excess fat.

  3. I’m building my own miniature gym in my backyard. I just got my weight bench and mat delivered, and I have a 40 pound set of dumbbells on the way!! I’m eyeing a 30 pound medicine ball too!Once this hurricane blows over in a few days I’m setting up shop lol 😎💪🏾

  6. the sven is to slow its best to just do a a standin bench or dumbell press just do it the same as layin down it works way faster and its easier to keep in hand unlike the sven which a person can lose a grip holdin it like that

    a person dont gota squeeze thats a myth just lift the heaviest can do and push it
