  1. I am having a big trouble planking because of my arms, they are not strong enough to support my body weight, hence I always stop at 20 or 30 seconds. Does anyone experience the same thing or is it only me who is weak? Would it get stronger if I keep doing it every day?

  2. the part about planks fixing posture is actually true . I had really bad posture ( as a med student I am always studying so my back kills me after long hours of just sitting ) after two weeks from daily planks I am feeling better ..
