  1. Hi coach, only once I tried this workout, great one was it,indeed…..I do have only one resistance bands….Indeed don't know how to choose the bands for beginners. ….what should I do? First time I just bought online….and performed this workout. It was okay. Please provide some information about various resistance bands and how one should start with it, specially one who wants toning and shaping.

  2. This is the best resistance band workout routine I've found. I'm a 72 year old female, in great shape, and this is an awesome workout for any age! You two are outstanding!!! Doing this routine along with my Pilates reformer coach! Yes!!

  3. Weโ€™re sailing, so finding workouts for resistance bands was a huge win for me. I have to admit whilst I was doing the warm up I thought โ€˜this is too easyโ€™. Que the aching DOMs over the next few days ๐Ÿ˜€ I really enjoy doing this after a run or simply whilst weโ€™re moving (for that extra core workout trying to balance ๐Ÿ˜œ). Great work guys

  5. This is a really good workout! I loved it. Itโ€˜s for the whole bidy, but itโ€˜s not too much and you can adjust it to your level. Did the 40 minutes yesterday and this was so good doing it today.

  6. Thank you very much for the work out videos. I have made a choice to better improve my health, by eating better. Results are good so far 25-30 lbs off since September – and more needs to go. But, as I looked in the mirror, I saw that most of my muscle and definition is GONE. So, I bought a resistance band with "instructions inside". How sad those instructions were. Thank heaven I found your workouts on YouTube. Only my 2nd day, but you're kicking my 62 year old butt! I know things will only get better.

  7. I'm doing this 3 times a week and cardio 4 times. I am 26 and have always been big but I am ready to make every day count. Only last 13 minutes but will reach 30 soon!
