My prevention is (ZMA) (or precisely Zinc Monomethionine Aspartate 30mg Magnesium Asparatate 450mg B6 12mg by DN) or Zinc Magnesium B6 Capsule 500mg (as ZMA is trade marked) with a vit C 1000mg vitamin c ( as ascorbic acid ) every day this seems to guard and reverse an onset within a couple of hours if you stop the daily dose. I stopped the daily does and had snack Lentils seem to be a trigger for me. I quickly downed a couple of ZMA and vit C and 2 hours later the pain eased off next day was fine. I took the Vit C on its own and was still getting attacks. I drink and eat normally have nights out on the beer stakes and still ok as long as I have these. I still keep my feet warm at night now and try to keep hydrated too. It seems to work for me hope it helps you. Would like to see if it does, comments… just to add I ran out of vit C as ascorbic acid 1000mg but took the zma but still got an attack so it seems you do need both together one on its own dont work !

  4. For gout, Try Tart Cherry Extract (Walmart),1200 Mlg, 1x a day, and Vitamin C.
    also at least 8 glasses of water everyday, no strong purine food.
    I never had anymore gout attack, thank God.

  7. I don't get it in my toe it usually affects my hand matter of fact my left hand it blows up like two size big but I don't have that problem no more I go see my Gout doctor I haven't had a gout attack in about 10 years

  8. if yur havin a severe gout flareup get to yur MD & get some Colchicine .06 asap, 2 1st hr then 2 2nd hr 1 every 6hrs, should get relief in about 12 hrs, all this cherrys & juice & jeezus is bullshit Colchicine works 👍😎
