3 Garlic cloves
Salt & Pepper to taste (I am using a pinch of each)
2 Stems fresh green onions
2 Carrots
1 tbs. Soy sauce
1/4 tsp. Cayanne pepper
1 tsp. Cummin
3 Cups of cooked & rinsed Red Kidney Beans
1/2 Cup quick Oats
