So, I tried doing the No Rice Diet Challenge for two weeks and as a Filipino this was so hard for me to do. But I shared with you guys my results and experience.

    Similar to my crush that's why I have a hunch you are a Filipino and then u speak tagalog

  2. I could actually do this, but Rice is everywhere, I already had an experience, like we lack food after Typhoon Yolanda, and I actually losed weight, since there wasn't as much food we could get, then it came back after a few months…

  3. Ive been trying,or rather doing this type of diet for about a month now.
    I got to say that its pretty effective if you want to lose weight rapidly.
    With the right diet and exercise everyday nothing can go wrong.
    Protein is a must, dont starve yourself.(lean meat like Chicken)
    Nuts,Eggs,fruits and veggies are good too.
    I lost 15lbs in just month!๐Ÿ˜Š
    Say goodbye na to rice Asian people

  4. We can survive with very little viand but not without rice!!! Haha I really loooooovvveeee rice but I'm trying to lose weight so I'm planning to "break up" with it soon ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ

  5. don't do it …… I have had a low carb high protein diet ….. I gained up to 275 lbs …. I am from America

    I became very sick and diabetic

    I have been on the rice diet for 3 weeks I have lost 50 pounds

    my body is getting better and stronger

    last night I ate meat I feel so sick

    I am avoiding animal and animal byproducts and avoiding vegetable oils

    I am much better

  6. Very wrong. Rice is also carbs, like sweet potato. You don't need to remove it from your diet, you just need to know your portions a day. Glucose, sugar, and excessive intake of sodium is what makes people fat.

  8. Tips.
    Morning – boiled egg if you want a hot coffee make it plain coffee.
    Lunch- no rice only! Veagtables๐Ÿ˜˜
    Lunch breakk!- one boiled banana a saba or any fruits
    Dinner: boiled egg again.

    Thats the process of my diet 5 days ago. And dont forget to drink water lot๐Ÿ’•

  9. Omgggg I've been looking for this kind of video for so long. Every diet videos I watched either says to avoid rice and those kind of stuff but doesn't really shows its effects tho my friends said it helps a lot. I'm from Malaysia and for us m, RICE IS LIFE. Can't imagine to live even one day w/o rice, salute to you for completing 2 weeks w/o it! I'm gonna go for it so wish me luck!
