It’s been 3 months on this dieting phase and we’ve gone from about 211 lbs to about 189 lbs in that time through large bouts of working out, cardio sessions and preparing high volume meals!   1. I've been doing cardio, weight training, and having a somewhat strict diet since August and I haven't gotten anywhere near drastic results. I wasn't heavy before, I just wanted to lose some excess fat. I don't know how you were able to do that in 3 months and yet I've been stagnant. Really discouraging.

  4. My brother dislocated his shoulder a couple weeks ago and he’s super bummed that he can’t hit the gym. Is there a video about your injury and how you recovered? Well done on getting back on track and the awesome motivation!!

    What is a high quality vegan protein source for a student like me? i need cheap sources to combine with other cheap things like oats beans lentils etc. what do you recommend? trying to transition now but its hard to hit 120g+ protein without that one meat meal everyday.. 🙂

  8. Hey Brian long time subscriber here, I'm at the end of my bulk weighing 215lbs at 5'10" & decided to cut because I've noticed I'm actually getting stretch marks on my biceps. Is there anything you do to help prevent stretch marks from happening when bulking?

  9. Hi Brian. I really enjoyed the videos I've watched of you. You inspire me to continue working out however lately I've been discouraged. I just can't seem to get the physique I want. I mostly eat plant based foods except for chicken breasts, I workout 4 to 6 times a week, I lift heavy, I sleep 6 to 8 hours depending on the day… but I have little definition. I want a bulky size like you but also definition. Have you made a video of you describing gear use? Do you cycle gear at all or are you 100% natural? I just want to ask because perhaps I'm working towards a goal I can't achieve due to my own genetics. I've been thinking about gear use but the side effects put me off.

  10. Brian brian brian, 61% carbs? You eat how many carbs a day? Over a thousand???
    Carbs are some powerful stuff i got good gains eating around 4-500. Gained 7 lean vegan pounds this month by the way!
    Body must've needed 'em
