I decided to go Vegan (Low Fat, Whole Food, Plant Based) for 1 Month (finished the video after hitting 2 months vegan) and I documented EVERYTHING. The Good, The Bad, The Delicious and Nutritious. Enjoy!

  1. I had been clinically determined to have diabetes almost a year ago. I am currently Sixty-four years of age. Possessing diabetic issues is really a distress for me personally, not to mention the fact that I will be battling the effects of diabetes like my dad. Thankfully, I have found this excellent guide “Vαnοjο Fivu” (Google it). The main test outcomes show that my glucose was at 183 and my A1C was 7.3. Right after a week of reading the plan, I`ve managed to decrease my A1C to 5.9..

  2. I have utilized prednisone as treatment for my pneumonia without knowing that it has risen my blood glucose levels and ultimately caused diabetes. My A1C soared to 10.1 during that time. Thankfully, I have learn about this straightforward guideline “Vαnοjο Fivu” (Google it). Right after 2 months, my Second tests revealed that I was able to decrease my A1C to 6.8, which is .3 above normal..

  3. Awesome video and thank you for sharing. My 11 year old son has had type 1 for 5 years and we switched over to a vegan diet over 3 years ago. His BG is on spot when he eats Whole Food Plant Based😀 but when he eats vegan junk food, his BG is no good😩 plant based is the way to go.

  4. May I ask. We're you referring to Dr Khambatta, your Phd friend? My granddaughter, 14 has been vegetarian her whole life and recently decided to go vegan.
    Thanks for your insights.

  5. I have type 1 as well and I tried to go vegan and experienced the same thing with the low that would not come up fast enough and it freaked me out. How much did your insulin to carb ratio change?

  6. Dude, even if you’re eating the same calories, eating low fat will make you lose weight. The fat you eat is the fat you wear, a few healthy fats is good though!

  7. I experimented with a 16 week strict vegan trial, dropped 20 lbs and my insulin sensitivity went WAY up. I enjoyed being able to eat fruit again as well. I experienced A LOT of hunger as you mentioned in the video and I did lose some muscle mass as well. Was curious if you stayed vegan or changed it up? I would like to slim down again, but I do like meat and eggs. Need to make some changes, but I don't think I can commit to full-on vegan again.
