  1. You are such a delight. I am going vegan more so to get more nutrients in my body and feel less bloated than anything else. I’m not a huge fan of buying packaged soy items to replace meat so I like the homemade meatballs. Everything looks great. I can’t wait to try it out!

    I am a new subscriber and since spaghetti is one of my favorite foods and I am someone who is interested in having multiple days a week where I only eat plant based foods, decided to try your meatball recipe thies weekend. I really was surprised by how good it was! The only thing is I could get the outside of the meatball dry, but inside still had a lot of moisture in it. I was wondering if that is just how it is because of the beans or if you had any tips on how to get the inside to have a bit dryer almost meatloaflike texture. I followed the directions on your site completely. Thanks in advance for your response and keep making the awesome videos. Have a wonderful day!

  3. I was doing the keto diet the same time that you were. It made me feel like absolute crap, like you stated as well. I think I just love carbs and I may try vegetarian.
