  1. Hi gaurav, i have a doubt.. would be great if you clear that.. you told to do cardio after weight training… But if u do weight training first, you might lead yourself to injury… And girls don't do extreme weight training.. hardly 15-20 mins.. for an average girl. Whats the remedy for that ?

  3. Hi Gaurav you are doing a great job here is what I have doing to built muscle and loose fat. My weight is 83 with body fat of 20% roughly

    Empty stomach work out 1 – 1/3 hour I do heavy weight lifting

    Morning breakfast 8:30 : 6 egg white 2 roti
    Lunch 12:30 : 150 gm of boiled chicken breast + 1 cup white rice + 1 cup dal + 1 roti
    Supper 5:30 : 6 eggs + 3 brown bread
    Dinner 8:30 : 150 gm chicken breast + 1 cup white rice
    1 glass 200 ml white milk before bed at 10 pm

    Any change I need to do. (Roti khaani hi padti hai warna biwi roj chicken bana ke nahi degi aur mujhe sirf kahan ata hai bana nahi.)

There are lots of contradiction in body building ..I want to tell my experience sir…i did cardio for around 2weeks on empty stomach…yes i lost alot of fat but guess what i lost all the gains which i achieved in 6 months..so i would suggest we all should try things on ourself n then follows what work best on us

  6. I am overeight. Every people in gym says me to do cardio and dont even touch weight !! Coz it will again make u bulk up.. Aur koi bolte karo weights !!! Yaar mai karu kya ?? Ans plzz

  7. Hi @fitmuscle TV i follow up your channel for my workout. Thank you so much for all the videos. Just one question.. the topic of Mr. Olympia from India is so hot…As we can see in past few years body building industry has picked up pace quite nice in terms of numbers. i looked at the stats and then talking about it. It's like the same situation when Aishwarya Rai and Sushmita sen won Ms. Universe ..no doubt about that they deserved it. But that was the time when Cosmetic market wanted to enter India and so much is happening now with fitness products. Is that one of the reason We might see Mr. Olympia from India soon as it is a big market!!!! Just a random thought. Could you please give your comments on it 🙂
