  6. Your videos are great but I miss your workout videos. I lost 51 lbs. Most of your videos are for people starting out. That is great but I hope you also make videos for people like me that are not beginners. A mix of videos will be great. I hope you take this positive because you were and still are a motivation.

  7. Brix tell me this. I've been doing the 8 × 8 full body workout now for 3 weeks. I see myself slimming down. My chest is coming but the fat on my chest seems to be drooping down. Should I start lifting heavier on benching to get rid of that fat that won't go away?

  8. What does sleep properly mean? I’m working out 2-3 hours a day, finishing with cardio and eating a conservative consistent chicken based diet. I’m down 89 pounds in a year, but I feel like I could be better if I slept better what does improved sleeping mean? I always hear get good sleep what is good?
