  1. All these videos you never show how you manage your sugar levels while eating all those carbs. Carbs are sugar so you will get spikes after1 hour of eating. Please give more details on how you manage sugars levels. What is you A1c? What is your Basil? How do you correct if you high? what other meds do you take if any to help manage sugars levels? Why don't you where a PUMP?Why don't you where a CGM like dexcom or freestyle. what is this channel about?

  4. Here’s my 2 cents! I tried doing multiple videos a week till my show and honestly I think you will get old if it real quick IMO! Like Maxx Chewning said in his video, daily uploads start to get you less views per video. It’s weird but people don’t want to watch everyday and you’re putting in 10x the effort. It’ll be cool if you stick to it, but wouldn’t be surprised if you decide to upload like 2-3 videos a week instead of daily uploads. Good luck man! I’m 11 Days Out right now and this is no joke!

  7. Hey Aseel, how are you man? Hope you doing well.
    Been following you for a while, I really like your energy and willpower to overcome your conditions and succeed in the fitness and youtube community.
    That being said, as you have so much potential and good vibes, I feel like I need to let this out. The content you put out is getting repetitive. I know you're a college student, running a business while leading a fit and healthy lifestyle, but video after video, I feel like it's always around intermittent fasting, or meal prep (which comes to be always the same) or "best advise for this or that", which is a topic you had touched upon before, and to be honest, just because you like it or works for you, you shouldn't put it out as "best", since it may not work for others.
    Another advise, like you said before, you mentioned that the lack of sleep and rest may or will jeopardize your fat loss. How about lower the ammount of videos and improve the content and quality of the ones you release?
    Again, just looking out for you and your success in the longterm, and I hope you don't take this the wrong way.

  9. Love your videos man! Quick question. If you work in a job where you walk alot and burn anywhere from 300-500 calories daily . Do you still need burn the additional 300 calories of cardio ?

  10. Man, I am not a pro, but you need to take care of your back, as your focus in on the legs, do not squad a little and pull down with your back, high probability to get hurt this way. Lower the weight and do a better movement. Take care bro ! all the best!
