  1. I have lost 7lbs in 1 week… just by changing my eating habits. I’m doing mostly salads by dressing them up with either shrimp, chicken or small chicken pack of tuna. I also only drink water. I just started this august 20,2018 . Good luck to everyone !!! You can do it.

  2. I also have been intermittent fasting 23:1 for two months and lost a total of 19lbs.

    No breakfast, I eat a LARGE lunch, No dinner and exercise after work (5:30pm).

  3. I'm so glad I found your channel . You are such a day of sunshine 🙂 . I just started a diet where I have a liquid diet every other day and with in two days I'm already down 4 pounds . Even though it's only 4 pounds I love how i feel so much lighter .

  5. I had just put my puppy up for the night yet was hearing ‘him’ barking; I’d pause the video and didn’t hear ‘him’. Resume the video and would hear ‘him’ again. Come to find out that’s YOUR puppy 😂. I enjoyed this video and am starting IF again. Congrats. ☺️

I thought you were a pittney lol , thanks for sharing , all these video's are keeping me on my path ;D on my 10th day today , one Vegan meal a day , plenty of water in between . Not into gym but your personal gym looks coOL , think I would be motivated if I had that set up ha ha ;D))) rather than walking aaaall the way to the local gym . thanks for the encouragement , hugs from us here in Cornwall, UK <3

  7. While on the "fetching tuti space" (Google it) program, a few of my workmates dropped over thirteen pounds! Figuring out about this fascinated me to Google such program too. After giving it a go, I was also able to achieve weight loss. I will keep updating to tell you if this gets better or worst being that this has only been a week after all..
