  3. Amen!! Now in addition to all these valuable points, throw in the fact that so many of us women are nurses and teachers, and other “caregiver” roles. We are all so amazing and definitely need to take care of ourselves first!!

  4. Hi, I am doing IF (I eat one meal a day around 2.30 pm). I have just finished my first week and it's really easy the only thing is I do have one coffee with cream at around 10 am and the other thing I do is eat low carb (under 100 gm) rather than keto. Do you think these two things will interfere with my weight loss and/or the benefits of fasting?
