How To Make Easy Kimchi
4 Heads Napa Cabbage
1 Bunch Green Onions
4 Inch Piece Ginger
2 Tbs. Sea Salt

Add all ingredients in large bowl and massage 3-5 minutes. Pack mason jars full, seal lid and place in refrigerator. Will last for months in the fridge if kept sealed away from oxygen.

  3. One little trick I do for this recipe is to take one of the whole cabbage leaves and set it aside till the end. Once you have the cabbage packed into the jar (I like it compact it until the liquid is above all the cabbage) take the whole cabbage leaf and lay it over the mouth of the Mason jar and then screw the lid on so that you cut a circle. then flip that over and place it in the jar. This will keep everything under the liquid and moist.

  5. abt not drinking distilled water the whole fast… I'm pooossitive jesus did not fast on distilled water lol. You're tired because u literally ate nothing for 40 days. itll take a few months to fully bloom from that. definitey start body building again. be the living foods hulk. and start working out alot again. my grandpap was a body builder and ate meat etc and lived to be 97 and was strong the whole tie ( he had lots of health issues though). Rebuild on the fresh living FOODS WOO

  8. Dan, awesome recipe!! Going to make today with good Celtic Sea salt so I can be sure of the good salt in it with the minerals!! Something you can't be sure of when purchasing from the store!! One question though, shouldn't I include Pura LiyfBiotic in the mix? Just thinking… Wouldn't hurt would it? Love your long videos!! And your preaching and wisdom!! ❤️❤️

  9. You're so right. I make my own Kimchi too. I put more ingredients into it than the three here, but I also grow my own veggies to make it. It's so delicious. Watch the store bought stuff. Some Kimchi is made with shrimp. Not good.
