    I actually need motivation, my confidence isn't high, im overweight(thats what my doc says), and I'm just not loving myself as much as I wish I did.

    I almost joined track and volleyball this year, but I twisted my ankle, and I used that as an excuse to not join any sports. Plus, joining volleyball would mean I would have to be in the same team as all the popular girls, and that made me have a panic attack. So honestly working out can hopefully makes me more confident in myself and in my body.

  2. I need a trainer that doesnt charge o.d knocks my door down to get me to work out and helps me meal prep … Low self esteem and lack of motivation I dont have friends or anyone really to push me to get healthy

This improvement regardless of what it could be and for whatever cause, is exactly what allows you to be more powerful as an individual.
