  3. My life-long struggle with weight keeps me so depressed mostly in the summer time. Seeing your vid motivated me and now i want to start again. The begining is always The hardest and i am always so afraid of The first week. But sometimes I remember that my taste buds and my stupid head got me here and I will get out.   4. I need help! I honestly was borderline anorexic and I just ballooned to over 50 lbs (overweight). I want to lose the extra fat but I feel like I’ll just gain it back and then some. Any advice?

  5. I’m 13 and I nearly weigh 200 pounds , I am always putting off going on a diet or being active and there are days where I realise if I don’t start now I will hate the results and after watching your video I’m truly inspired.

  11. Well done you’ve done amazing! I’ve also had a baby he’s 8months now and I’ve been breast feeding so didn’t rush to loose weight after having him. However started now and I’m like you if I even taste a little of what I want it does definitely open up Pandora’s box! X

Hi my name is Jackie u have inspired me to keep going my weight is 173 and I been working out and trying to change the way I eat… I also have thyroid my metabolism it's very slow I been going to the gym, I also go hiking on sundays and I dont see a difference in my weight I am to a point where I don't know what else to do. Now I started going to the gym at 5am before work then I go in the evening with my husband what I do mostly is cardio, now watching this video is giving me the strength to keep going, thank you.☺

  13. I love your video. 😒 made me cry because I was also put on blood pressure medication and I’m only 18. I didn’t see myself on medication at 18. I want to make a change, I was doing great for 4 months and I gave up.. lost my motivation. BUT I’M GETTING UP RIGHT NOW TO GO EXERCISE lol I’m getting back to it and not giving up!❀️❀️❀️

  14. very honest and open, thank you. Opening pandoras box…I can relate. If I gave myself a cheat snack (or god forbid a cheat DAY) I would go with it and blow everything. The mind is tricky. Again, thank you for this vid!!

  15. I've currently stopped working out and have been beating myself up tremendously for it, I'm currently 205 and 5'4 my current goal is around 160 or somewhat close to that . I'm going to jump back right where I left off and not look back!
