AIP Sweet Potato Noodles! – MAIL TIME (Autoimmune Paleo Food Review)

Time for another autoimmune paleo food review, someone sent me some sweet potato noodles in the mail so I decided to review it on the channel. Sweet potatoes are getting pricey in my area so Tina H. was nice enough to send me these, thanks Tina! These noodle substitutes are completely paleo and AIP compliant and they did not cause me any reaction.

I couldn’t find the exact ones on Amazon, but these are close:

Follow me to see what foods I eat everyday to stay in remission from all of my autoimmune diseases, and how I’ve lost an extreme amount of weight.

Eating the way I do doesn’t necessarily guarantee you autoimmune remission, but it has helped many people. AIP is a system of trial and error, and everyone’s food triggers can be different. If you have any hesitations about changing your diet and lifestyle, consult a function medicine doctor-they look for the root cause of diseases. I am happily in autoimmune remission and on a great weight loss journey, I want to thank you for watching my videos and subscribing-it means the world to me!

I have suffered with stage 3 Hidradenitis Suppurativa all of my life, along with GERD and quite possibly other undiagnosed autoimmune issues. This is the best time of my life thanks to the Autoimmune Paleo (Protocol) Diet. I hope you find the same miracle that I did. Never give up.

  1. 46 grams of carbs a serving! Ouch! Since anything sweet potato blows my blood glucose sky-high, I'll take a pass…lol. Nice, though, to get your thoughts and experience!
