  2. I am also going to try the kale chips, and the zoodle pasta! Instead of nutritional yeast on pastas/lasagnas, I use macadamia nuts and truffle salt. You grate the nuts and mix in however much of the truffle salt you prefer, and it makes a good Parmesan alternative as well as giving you an extra boost of good fats and protein from the nuts. Just something to try if you haven't already 🙂 otherwise nutritional yeast is where it's at! Love your vids, MUAH!

I've heard how healthy it is but the texture always made me wary… I tried this exact recipe for a meal prep for work and it actually came out pretty amazing. Thank you for always taking the time to show us great content. I love eating healthy, but sometimes need inspiration or new ideas to try <3

  5. Wait … are bananas vegan again? Here I thought that they aren't even vegetarian anymore since PETA found out that animals were killed to ensure a good harvest of them, just like figs and oranges. (I maybe wrong here, only heard for sure that shrimp carcasses are used to produce insecticide used on bananas and that oranges and figs also got something similar.)

  6. As a vegan I lost weight really quickly by eating low carb. No oats, no bread, no rice, no pasta, no sugar. Even lentils, quinoa, bananas and mangoes were off my list. I ate low carb veggies, salads, tofu, tempeh, chia/hemp heart pudding with low carb berries.

  7. I wonder about the nutritional yeast, I’ve heard it is great but can also really cause havoc to the gastrointestinal system. I’m vegan and I’m really missing that cheese flavor I’m just worried about some of the risks of using it! Anyone have any thoughts/comments ?
