  1. fish oil has recently been proven to show no beneficial effects due to processing. eat real fish for benefits. tumeric is great but needs to be used with black pepper extract for absorption. 20% of all men are creatine non res-ponders which means it has no benefit. i used it for over a year and seen nothing except for thinning hair. now 6 months after stopping creatine i am still making gains and my hair looks much thicker. multi-vitamin is good just in case. use boron if you are over 40. it is super cheap and will assist your body to use it´s free testosterone. one of the few things that actually work. train fasted to blow up your gh levels.

  3. I've been using creatine starting in my 40s. I've been active weight lifting till I moved from AK. Now I'm 60 and still use creatine. I could tell the increased strength while lifting for greater repetitions. I walk up at least 22 flights of stairs daily while carrying items that can weigh up to 50 pounds. Creatine and supplements give me a dynamic life. I've had people guess my age in my late 40s, early 50s. My advice….get on the Drs advice. Get around positive people….have goals, stay active. 👍
