  3. I have a couple of question. Before I ask, disclaimer- I've never intermittently fasted and I know only the basics about it!! You said you are meant to train after you've fasted before breaking the fast. How do those who do it, manage that when you work a full day? You would have to break the fast before you train right? I'm a teacher and I either train at 5am before getting to work at 7am, or train at 5:30-6pm, after I leave. My second question, if you're training so fasted, aren't you burning muscle if you weight train? I know if you do cardio fasted you burn fat, but won't you burn your muscle if training weights?

  4. Yep I'm doing Ramadhan and If is easy. However honestly I've learnt fasting gets easier after a few weeks. First few weeks it's breaking your habits.

  5. Thanks for this. I've been considering trying this but really think I'd struggle in the morning without any breakfast, especially trying to focus whilst at work. I'm not sure it sounds worth all the aggravation after watching this.
