Today’s vlog is a bit different. I discuss with you guys how recently I’ve been working out and getting into shape. I share how my asthma has improved over the past few months which has motivated me to begin working out, because you lose what you don’t use.
I want to workout to help improve my asthma, confidence, physical appearance, and overall well-being.
I’m beyond excited for you guys to follow along with me on this journey.
I have no problem with eating healthy. On top of that, I hate sodas so I already have an advantage. However, like you guys see in the vlog, I love coffee… fancy coffee such as Starbucks. That’s going to be my major weakness!
