  1. You donโ€™t need to buy a Squatty Potty, too big, we got a foldable step stool and it works way better! It is CHEAPER, you pick your own size (some toilets are tall) and it is not in the way. You move it to the side and it doesnโ€™t get potty water when you flush! Have used this before Squatty Potty came out!

  2. Rob Stuart sir you can not cure a chronic disease, the same is applied curing aids!!! You can do as many Juice fasting, water fasting, salt flushes, coffee enemas up your rectum, dry brushing, exercising, and lymphatic massages as many time as you want…. it still won't do nothing the disease will forever be with you no matter what and you do !! People with this condition will forever be shredding skin like a snake!!! In other words you can control this disease and not cure it!!!

  4. I literally actual just sit like this. On the floor and in chairs.
    I was squatting in the kitchen against the cupboards, when i clicked on your video :')
    I'm waiting for my digestion to be a thing tho. I came across info and it feels legit.. I may have overkill of dead parasite waste/die off etc blocking my intestines. It's less than ideal.. enemas stopped working Kuz there's just an actual blockage.. Very little matter tends to be released despite all my protocols. My last intuitive insight was that my sitting so much (laptop time), has caused my tummy to be folded up more than it should be and blockages obscured from this whole I was also doing diatomaceous earth and other inner cleasing things.. so I'm hoping yoga twice a day, Tibetan rites etc will sort it out.. as was my intuitive prompt..
    I exercise like run, weight train etc but it's still been a thing.. I used to do lots of yoga and then did none for a long while so..hopefully … !!! It'll fix all my life's problems haha :p ๐Ÿ˜‰

  5. Hi there. I just finished a 7 day water fast, and started having some green juice and veggie broth today. I didn't have any salt added to my water during the fast and yesterday started having a lot of cramps in my legs… So I'm wondering when can I add sodium back to my diet, also how much? Any advice would be great, thanks.
