  2. I have yo yo'd with my weight ALL my life…..I started a few years back transitioning and cut out pork, beef, & turkey got down to chicken & fish and couldn't let those go : ( I ended up going back to eating all meats. I would lose and gain and I am the biggest I've been even after pregnancy. Thank you for your honesty and for your videos….I just found your channel today and after watching this video you helped me make my decision today to go cold turkey Vegetarian my goal is to be Vegan by this time next year. Thank you again for your honesty and congratulations on your AMAZING transformation. God Bless you & keep up the good work.

  3. Beans and cornbread, very filling and so is cauliflower rice. Sugar causes inflammation, so use splenda, stevia or erythritol. I am not a vegetarian but eat veggies , chicken, turkey and chicken, AA need to have vitamin D3 levels checked.Collagen helps with skin tone and joints. Weight training helps with plateaus. Keep protein to 25 grams per meal,it is easier on the kidneys.

  4. I stop eating meat for 2 months went to the doctor to check up on my fibroids to do surgery when we did the sonogram they said fibroids melt away gone also my cyst on my ovaries disspaereed so my whole house went meatless and we wasn't counting the days we just been eating not even realizing that we didnt missed it at all we felt good we cook our normal dishes just without meat replace it with veggies and mushrooms and cauliflower beans I feel good now its exercise time

  5. Love this video! I've been a vegetarian off and on for the past 10+ years. I pretty much used myself as a guinea pig to see what worked and what didn't. I can honestly say that I feel my best being vegetarian. I plan to stick to it for good. Wishing you all the best! <3
