  1. Your videos and healthy choices really helped me. I feel like I keep going on my work out and eating healthy. I've been doing this work out for about two months I felt like I was struggling to lose weight but once I watched your work out videos. It helped me to keep going and be more confident about myself. I was 160 pounds and now I am 150 pounds. My goal is to try to get to 120 pounds where I used to be before I was pregnant. All these tips really helped me. Thank you for these tips!!   2. I love the zoodle recipe!! I can absolutely see myself making these as I love making ground turkey bowls!! I don't have a microwave though because of all the radiation, so I might just quickly warm up the zoodles in a pan to make them al dente 🙂

  4. Hey, great video. Love every detail except the zero fat yoghurts. Zero fat = fat is replaced by an alternative like sugar for the natural fat that has been removed. But it is a great video. Well done 😉

  5. When I was breast feeding I was advised to use fenugreek for milk supply but then found out I have hashimotos thyroid disease and learned that fenugreek is pretty dangerous for thyroid patients-it apparently aggravates it. I’m sure you’ve done your own research and dosage but I was strongly warned not to use fenugreek with thyroid disease and had to resort to other ways of boosting breast milk supply. Great video!

    About the night fasting, do I consider coffee as my first meal of the day? I mean if I want to continue with the fasting until 9 am for example, can I drink my coffee at 7am? I’m pretty sure the answer is going to be that I can’t drink the coffee 😅
