★Meal 1 (Smoothie):
→1 Scoop Vegan Protein Powder (optional)
→1 Cup Cashew Milk
→Handful of Kale
→1/2 cup of Blueberry
→ Scoop of Wheatgrass http://yaeorganics.com?aff=7
→Scoop of Acai Berry http://yaeorganics.com?aff=7

★Meal 2 (Quesadillas):
→whole wheat tortilla
→1/4 tsp olive oil
→1 small garlic clove diced
→1/4 cup roasted red peppers diced
→1 cup baby spinach
→1/4 cup hummus
→non-stick spray
→salt & pepper

★Meal 3 (Veggie Bowl)
→1 tablespoon soy sauce or liquid aminos
→2 tablespoons rice vinegar (or regular white vinegar)
→200 g / 7 oz tempeh, sliced into squares
→1 small red bell pepper, in strips
→4-6 broccoli florets, in thin spears
→1 carrot, grated
→1/2 cucumber, in strips
→300 g / 10 oz raw cauliflower, riced
→2 tablespoons chili paste (or sriracha)
→1 teaspoon sesame oil
→2 tablespoons sesame seeds

★Meal 4 (Vegan Red Curry)
→1 (14-ounce) can full fat coconut milk
→2 tbsp red curry paste
→2 tsp fresh ginger peeled and grated or ground
→2 tbsp coconut aminos or liquid aminos
→1 tbsp pure maple syrup
Bowls:
→2 large carrots peeled and sliced
→1/2 red bell pepper cut into matchsticks
→1 small yellow squash chopped
→2 medium zucchini squash spiralized
Toppings:
→1 lime cut into wedges
→sesame seeds
→3 green onions chopped
→fresh cilantro
→garbanzo/chick peas beans

★Meal 5 (Vegan Keto Noodle Bowl)
→16g, 1-2 zucchini squash
→2 carrots, julienned
→½ head cauliflower, roughly chopped
→1 red bell pepper, diced
→handful fresh cilantro, chopped
→2 handfuls mixed greens
Creamy Curry Sauce
→¼ cup tahini or avocado oil mayo
→2 tablespoons avocado oil or MCT oil
→¼ cup water
→2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
→2 teaspoons curry powder
→1½ teaspoons ground coriander
→1 teaspoon sea salt
→1 teaspoon ground turmeric
→1 teaspoon ground cumin
→½ teaspoon ground black pepper
→¼ teaspoon ground ginger

  2. This is not ketogenic at all. I recommend you put it in a calorie counter like Cronometer to see how much you get from carbs, protein and fat. If it is ketogenic it would be close to 75% of calories from fat. This is no where near that, it is actually high in carb. But that doesn’t mean this is not healthy. It’s just many people do not understand the ketogenic diet

  3. Just a small note: rice and potatoes aren't simple carbs, they're starches, which fall in the complex carbs. If was processed, it's simple carbs. If you want bread, get sprouted wheat (aka Ezekiel bread) or whole grain 😉

  4. Looks more like the regular vegan diet I used to follow so delicious but not keto, beans syrup chips etc aren’t low enough in carbs to be keto. Maybe change your title so people aren’t confused.

  5. Guys think is definitely keto enough. It's a LOW CARB tortilla. These are great meal ideas thanks 😊 although I would say using ethritol instead of maple syrup is an easy swap. And carrots are high in carbs I you eat like a whole bag of carrots but they can definitely be worked to fit your macros.

  6. All looks healthy, containing tons of vitamins and mineral and delicious..great recipe inspirations.

    Keto: Carrots, tortilla, d tortilla chips, chicpeas and maple syrup all have a high carb content separately , and combining in one day will def put you out of ketosis and back into glucose metablism.
