  1. Tried keto at 2 months postpartum and my milk supply tanked. Went back to a reasonable diet after a week and supply shot back up. Still losing the weight, just much slower now. Honestly, if I have to be a bit chubby to feed my baby, so be it.

  2. Is carb cycling for being in a deficit only or is it beneficial doing it at maintenance calories too? I mean would you even have results doing it at maintenance calories? Or wait . … would carb cycling put you in a deficit? Because all you do is lower your carbs right?. So then some days u would low carb and be in a deficit and some days maintenance carbs and maintenance calories? Can u help me with this one

  3. Do you find your body still looked like it used to…I’m back tony pre preg weight but I feel so soft and body looks so different….what would you suggest to get your body back to how it used to be more tight and toned

  4. Lots of respect for people who lose weight the healthy and gritty way (weight training)Β and don't try to shortcut it and short-change themselves.Β  I did wonder was the yellow top a factory design or something you did to it ?? … And yeah Brittany flexing πŸ’ͺΒ  still makes me happy. πŸ‘πŸ˜Š πŸ‘πŸ˜ƒ

  5. Great tips! It’s so hard to balance a newborn, getting back to the gym, and keeping your calories high enough to breastfeed. I’ll definitely look out for your postpartum guide when it is released. My baby is 3 months today!

  6. Thumbs up because you made it through the video with a baby on your lap! lol! Kudos for clarifying about weightloss postpartum and not 'mom shaming'. There should be no shame in wanting to take care of yourself and wanting to feel good and fit even as a new mom! Weightloss, eating healthy and working out are often portrayed as chores. I just think working out is doing something fun (most of the time). It gets you out of the house, gives you me time plus it releases mood boosting hormones ((bye bye baby blues) and as a bonus you even start looking like yourself again lol

  7. I’m struggling with knowing where to have my macros at. I looked at this calculator online and it says my maintenance calories are 2,900. Then it says to have between a 500-1,000 calorie deficit. I do workout 5 times a week and according to my Apple Watch if I do cardio and weights I burn between 700-1,000 calories at the gym…so I feel like my calories should be around 2,400 but that feels like so much! Sorry I’m just rambling and just want someone to tell me if that’s too high or notπŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…

  8. You look absolutely amazing! And I have about 10-15 lbs to loose after my little guy and I’m still breastfeeding 🀱 he just turned one! I have been building my gym equipment up in my garage and will go harder once I stop breastfeeding and I can def tell my body is holding on the some fat. I am getting excited about being aloud a little extra caffeine when I ween him from nursing but I’ll get my body back soon enough. πŸ˜‰
