  1. I might follow your vegetarian menu for one week. (I need new tastes๐Ÿ˜ƒ). Everything looks really good. Never tried okra though ๐Ÿ˜„. I'm intermittent fasting also so it should work quite well. Nice tease on the dessert.

  2. Thanks for adding these suggestions as I don't eat meat but focus on seafood avocados dairy eggs etc . So hard to find a variety of dishes! I love cooking Indian style meals. I often make spinach and paneer. ( I do a quick recipe in the microwave!) Yesterday I found some okra on sale at the supermarket so made a curry with that too!
    But yes… more seafood recipes would be great (as someone else here suggested).
    I have also just discovered the egg and avocado combination…. (which makes an excellent quick lunch by the way!)
    But I have a challenge for you!
    While in the UK I had a Scotch Egg but this one was made with a soft boiled egg coated with mashed trout (instead of sausage meat) and breadcrumbs then deep fried served with dill sauce !!! But it was very delicious and keto-friendly in a restaurant in UK! But I have no idea how they did it ?

  3. Do you make your own spices/seasoning? You effing Indians are genius at that. Fortunately I live in the shadow of all the exodus to the Intel conglomerates West side pdx. It's unreal, the smell in the areas where they're cooking. Drooling gets embarrassing…

  4. This is an awesome update. Its ok if you didnt hit ur macros or toss out things. I was recently on live chat with thomas and he brought up that counting calories daily could be diffucult for some people so he advised to try a weekly count. Maybe you try that method in one of your weekly updates. Anyways you are doing awesome, i am glad i have found you my friend, because most of my dishes are HBK inspired. Oh! My wife is making your broccoli soup recipe for her work mates potluck. (remember…she grumbled to me that all she hears is "horns up and welcome to headbangers kitchen") I got my kids saying that phrase and it sounds awesome! -Aloha

  5. Please do a review on Keto Flour by companies like Well-verse, Nutroactive on Amazon India. I have ordered well-versed 'keto Flour High Fat, High Fiber , extremely low carb' keto atta. I would like to know your views because it is very difficult without rotis for me

    Is there is any problem with eating non-vegetarian for 3 months in keto..????
    Im not able to follow vegetarian keto…
    I have already completed first week of keto (as non veg)
    And I'm looking forward to go same as that for 3 months..

    long time non-vegetarian diet can cause any health problems..???

  7. Thank for this video Sahil. I have been on vegetarian keto similar to yours for the past 2 months and successfully reduced 8kg. hope to reduce 5kg more. This video is very useful to me for more variety.

I am 4 weeks into keto and prefer being on veg keto 5 days a week also I have never logged any macros till date, not in a habit(never done it), although I am losing a kilo a week eating thrice a day with portion control. But how important is logging Macros in Keto and which app you would suggest to track macros of Indian traditional meals ?

  9. Hey Sahil! I see that you use processed cheese in some of your recipies..Im assuming it's either Amul or Britannia or something similar. Would you consider them keto friendly? Yes it's just cheese but the "processing" always scares me and well, keto is all about healthy fats so what are your thoughts?
