  2. Have only recently discovered your channel – your content is fantastic. I like your simple, clear and honest approach as well as your in-depth and broad coverage of topics. I am slowly making my way through many of your past videos.
    I have been on a plant-based diet for many, many years but still find useful info here.

    A couple of questions:
    I have lost 40kg in recent years but am stuck with about 4kg of stubborn lower body fat – any suggestions about how to lose that last bit without resorting to over-restriction? (I've bought your book '21-Day Plant-Based Accelerator For Women' but not sure if this is the most appropriate program for what I'm trying to achieve.)

    Would you consider making a video on exercise and its role in weight management (with apologies if you have already)?

  3. Hi Ryan! Thanks so much for your videos. They really help guide me through this plant based journey 🌱 I was wondering if it is bad to exercise when hungry? Sometimes I am about to exercise and haven’t had time to eat a meal, and don’t want to because eating a meal feels so heavy my stomach. Do you recommend I exercise anyways even if I’m really hungry?
