  1. This was a nice walk but yes gave me more questions.
    So to get into 10-15 minutes of consistent exercise every day then does it matter what you do everyday or should it be all walks or can it be weights, dance, pilates, etc??

  2. I enjoyed this walk. So tired tonight but I wanted to move just to do something! This was great. I know not hardcore but sometimes you just need to move no jumping like Tigger. I ended up having fun because had music on too.
