I’m back for my third video and my second Week in my Weight Loss Journey! In this video I talk about my successes and challenges this past week. I failed to note that although I have had some challenges with tiredness, insomnia etc., I do realize this is very temporary and is part of the “Keto Flu” as most people call it. The book that I am Reading (The Keto Diet by Leanne Vogel) has some great tips to help with symptoms of the Keto Flu, I just have not had the time to go to the store to by the necessary products. That is my goal this upcoming week…food shopping! I’ll be back next week for an accountability check in with my new weight and will try to post full body pictures (to use as “before” photos) and will also start posting pictures of me on my scale.
