I participated in #25DaysofTracking. Week 1, I ate everything on God’s green earth (check out that video here: https://youtu.be/gR_sUfSABbU).

But in this video, despite the fact that it was the middle of the holiday season of delicious eats, I get on track with an eating plan.

I’m calling it “Lazy Whole 30”, which is basically Lazy Paleo – lol. You’ll see why I say that…

  1. Congratulations on your self-defense certification. I want to try the Whole 30 in the new year, too. My birthday is next week and I know there will be cake (!), so perhaps I will begin on January 7.
