Hey everyone! In today’s video I am showing you 3 healthy oatmeal recipes with a twist because we are making them savoury! Enjoy 🙂 #paleorecipes #keepupwithliv #healthybreakfast

Base:
1 cup paleo porridge mix
2 cups bonebroth (if vegan do a vegan broth)
1 cup almond milk

Paleo porridge mix:
3/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup ground flax

Avocado Toast
half avocado
pea shoots or greens of choice
optional: lemon, chili flakes or even an egg!

Mushroom Tahini
1/2 cup mushrooms
big handful of spinach or greens
1 tbsp tahini

Vegan Caprese
1/4 cup tomatoes
1 tsp pesto
2 tbsp cashew ricotta

Cashew Ricotta
1 cups cashews (soaked overnight or for 1-2 hours in boiling water)
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp almond milk
1-2 cloves garlic
