Don’t eat these foods on your diet if you want to lose weight. Or is it more important that you don’t eat too much of them?
Realistically, you can lose weight no matter what you eat. You could even lose weight eating ONLY these foods.
But, all of that being said, you can avoid these foods and make some simple swaps to make it easier to stay on a caloric deficit 🙂
