2 tablespoons maple syrup
pinch himalayan salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup coconut flour
2 tbsp chocolate
Pineapple Ice Cream Sandwich

3 tbsp shredded coconut
ice cream of choice
Sweet Potato Ice Cream Sandwich
sweet potato toast
Ice cream of choice
paleo chocolate
nuts or chocolate chips
Paleo chocolate:

2 tbsp coconut oil

these look incredible! Which Lily’s do you use? I’ve looked it up and it does not indicate that their products are dairy free, I know some are milk chocolate but the dark and semi sweet don’t say they are dairy free

What is the brand of the dairy free ice cream that you used in the pineapple sandwiches? Does it have gurgum or other stabilizers? I can tolerate on acacia fiber/gum because of SIBO
